On States

The Movement must strive to implement its ideas despite of national borders, but the states are not to be abolished straight away, or maybe not at all. Initially they are to remain as agents of administration. The new political system shall have authority over each individual state, but leave each state to deal with its own internal affairs, unless support is requested or needed, and as long as they operate within the framework of rules and laws laid forward by the new system. The same rules apply to cultural and traditional habits. Command by higher level will be used according to necessity in times of severe or global crisis.

If the states later, by the course of history become obsolete and start to wither away, then let this happen.

Languages of different states should be allowed to live on, but because of greatly increased efficiency of cooperation all the inhabitants of the planet shall be taught the English language. All of the world, in order to avoid confusion, should also adapt the metric system.
